Do i need a template or checklist for validating a haccp plan or sop. Please kindly share a sample if available

Validation would be done on your identified CCPs or oPRPs.

 

What are you referring to when you say validating a HACCP plan/SOP?

I mean the haccp system in general and sanitation standard operating procedure

Verification/Validation of the HACCP plan simply means that you are reaching out to scientific knowledge and measuring your processes against it. Will your processes control the hazards identified based on the scientific knowledge, studies, expert opinion, etc. Validation can also be done by in-house studies of your processes.

Review of the HACCP plan would include making sure everything is current. If something changes (e.g., new process added), the change is reflected in the HACCP plan (e.g., flow diagram, process matrix, etc.)

It is well-established  that "HACCP Validation" requirements will vary in Scope and Detail depending on the specific requesting Body.
