Hi, everyone.I'm a food safety manager having been involved in the manufacturing of different prepackaged food products ranging from dairy, confectionary, chocolate, snacks, noodles, beverage or you could say every prepackaged except meats. I joined the forum to be of help and spread the food safety culture amongst us. Another is that, I also wanted to be updated with relevant information and best practices each country or manufacturing plant may have in terms of food safety management.
