Hello one and all,

Glad to be a part of IFSQN. I am a student pursuing my M.sc in Food Technology. I love to learn about the improvised as well as traditional methods of preserving food as well as providing a good quality food to my people in India. I am interested in knowing about the HACCP principles and control measures for complementary foods. Thank You.

Hi Sairam, welcome to the forum.

Using HACCP principals to identify hazards of preserving different types of foods could certainly be useful and help push in one direction over another for which foods should be preserved and store to have the greatest impact on reducing malnutrition.  Good luck!
