Just take the points from point 1.1.4. We normally discuss:

- any relevant/major changes in the building or processes;

- incidents;

- complaints and results of feed back;

- supplier approval;

- any relevant changes that happened in the legislation and could affect our company, any relevant updates in food fraud and food defense (as an example, as we are packing fresh fruit and vegetables, the issue of contaminated strawberries in Australia from September is something worth discussing, analysing if something similar could happen to us);

- results of any internal/external/customer audit;

- effectiveness of the HACCP system, food defense and authenticity;

- training;

- pest control;

- product analyses

- objectives and resources needed to implement them (as you have to monitor and report the objectives every quarter, you can also discuss them every month. Beside this, you need from version 8 to analyse the reason for an objective not to be met in time, so you can just analyse their implementation every month).

Basically everything that happened in your company the last month and has any influence on the safety, legality, integrity and quality should be discussed.
