on a webinar from SAI Global and thought I would pass on this new (to me) resource for the food fraud element/FDA requirement

I meant the above.........they are offering open courses in food fraud and food defense education including audit preparedness

Yes, previously reviewed here, but IIRC there was a slight financial catch, ie free but ultimately not quite free.

 

Suggested by SQF also from memory.

I took the course.  Not free, but good information.  I think 100$ and you get a certificate
