I'm a big fan of the FSEP program and personally believe it's the best most encompassing HACCP program to follow.
Be that as it may, CFIA has added this
They have spelled out what needs to be done if you want to use FSEP and meet the PCP requirements
FSEP= food safety enhancement program
It is laid out A through G and each alpha has sub elements that are spelled out well so you know what you need to cover
For some, this may be overkill, for others exactly what they need
