I'm a Q.A. manager in a pharmaceutical company which, apart from pharmaceutical ingredients,produces a food ingredient (an oilseed). We are FSSC 22000 certified and,even when the process is quite simple, there's always something new which requires me to investigate and ask people who know more than me. I'm sure I'm going to learn a lot of things here (It has fascinated me the high level of expertise and knowledge of some users), and hopefully I will be useful too with my answers.
