We are a "Mom & Pop" beef jerky manufacturer in Oklahoma City, OK. While we have been making specialty jerky and perfecting our recipes in our own kitchen for almost 2 years, the Dept of Agriculture decided it was time to drain our bank accounts along with the Health Department, State of Oklahoma and a few others...and spend a small fortune to set up an "establishment" to become legal!
