Hi everyone,
would anyone be able to get an rough estimate for the certification costs of SQF Storage&Distribution Ed. 8 split in the different steps involved?
- SQF practitioner training
- SQF cost for planning, travel, report writing, close-out
- desk audit 1 day
- Site audit audit 2 days (+1 day for size of site and number of employees)

About 5000-7000.00
SQF Practitioner training is not a requirement, through knowledge of SQF and system are for key and backup
The 5000-7000 figure is for the audit company.

thanks for your indication of costs for the certification.
We have sites all around the world, including some European countries. Are you aware of any options to certify SQF in Germany or the UK with a local CB?
It appears from the SQFI website directory that there no local SQF accredited bodies - only refers to the one listed in the US or Canada which are far away.

There may not be local CB's, however, Auditors (just like consultants) live all other the earth, so normally the CB will send (if possible) someone that is in country or close to.

I would highly recommend some type of training for your SQF Practitioner and their backup. There are options to do it online and in the classroom. SQFI recommends using Alchemy which I found to be beneficial in implementing a SQF System.
