We are starting to deep cleaning our equipment. We have some Control and Electrical panel. My question is what is the best way to clean those. Does anyone have a sample of a form.

IME panels and components have been wrapped during use of high pressure hoses and rinsing, then cleaned according to the manufacturer's specifications using appropriate food-safe cleaners (if on or near food-contact surfaces). May need some more specific information on where your control/electrical panels are located.

Hi Hokey,
Try an alcohol-based wipe and add to MSS for documenting.

in a bakery that I used to work at, they would turn them off (on down days) and we would vacuum the inside of them, we would wipe the outside of them with a damp rag. And once dry, and of course once production was ready they would turn everything back on. This would be done weekly

Ask maintenance.................the power may need shut off and the panel locked out prior to touching it at all................some of these are incredibly high voltage
Please stop referring to me as Sir/sirs
