I'm looking for a template that we can trend our non-conformities. Please share if you have one available.

We currently trend customer complaints, but not specifically non-conformities for out-of-spec. product.

Hi Charles,

Thanks for responding. Our products are dehydrated spices & the type of nonconformity involved is mostly from our Internal Audit/Inspection. Anyway, we would able to come up with a format using our CAPA template.
