Hello to everyone, i am new to this page and I'm a student. My teacher gave us a task about HACCP following the codex logic sequence and we can't figure out what to do. Even though we already thought of a food establishment. But still, we don't understand how was it done. And our report will be done by Wednesday August 28,2019. Can anyone kindly explain it to me?, if possible.
