I have run across this forum multiple times in the past year while researching answers to client questions and decided it was time to join. I am a 24+ year veteran of the food safety field with the majority being in commodity manufacturing with the poultry industry with a few years of pet food thrown in on top. I have been free lance consulting for the past 3 years all across the food industry in poultry, RTE appetizers and frozen bakeries. Looking forward to being a part of the greater group and learning more and sharing when I can.
