Hi
You wont find info on them as that was in version 4. In version 4.1 it was removed.
We now on version 5
See attached for the transition of Version 4 to 4.1
2020 you would need to have Version 5

Hi, the actual requirements are explained in this document, from page 23.
If you are looking for FSSC certification, this is a "must read" document.
https://www.fssc2200...e-Version-5.pdf
Summary :
Some of them only apply to specific companies, everything is explained in the document.
expect new FSSC 22000 version 6 from 2021, with food safety culture added to the list.

Hi Mathieu,
^^^^^^red
The apostrophes are IMO well chosen. Document is 75 pages long and I suggest that a large chunk of it will be eternally irrelevant to many(most?) auditees.
Furthermore, in recent times, fssc22000 seems to have become plagued by a tendency to frequent revisioning.
Kind Regards,

Hi Charles,
Well, I can follow you on the point. Like in every standard, there is some part about accreditation of CB, managing the standard and other points that are less / not relevant. But it can help auditees to understand how the whole things works.
Concerning the frequent revisionning, while other standards only needs to follow GFSI evolutions, FSSC need to evolve following ISO evolutions as well. There was a lot of separate documents before, now it's all in one doc. What have changed between version 4.1 and 5 ? Well, ISO22000 has evolved, so all mentions of ISO22000:2005 have been changed for ISO22000:2018. What else ? IMO, nothing :) Then even kept food fraud in the add-ons, while food fraud (and food defence for a small part) are now included in ISO...
The new version 6 will be caused by the new GFSI benchmarking, now asking for Food Safety Culture. And like GFSI said, we all hope that it won"t change furthermore, but when something new and useful comes form scientific comitees, they tend to add it in the standards.
