Hi:

I would like to help me with references on a validated survey to gather information in housewives about safety risks related to their consumption habits and practices in their home related to poultry products or other types of food (meat).

Thank

María Teresa.

Are you planning on using a website such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey to conduct your survey?

No, I wish to apply the survey in Peru (requesting authorization from the author) to develop my doctoral thesis. The methodology would be by interview.

Thank you for your interest in the subject.

What do you mean by 'references'?   It has been my experience that beginning doctoral students struggle to find scientific articles because they are using the wrong keywords.

Don't worry, you will be able to find the information eventually.  Here is an example search:

This team did some research around domestic food practices using video hazard assessment:

It may be worth getting in touch with the researcher?

Hi mtcarbajalm,

Is this for a literature review?
