The Interpretation Guideline is a paid-for document whose copyright is owned by BRC - if you're on the BRC Participate system you can access if for free (speak to your certification body if you don't yet have access), otherwise you'll need to buy it from the BRC Bookshop: https://www.brcgsboo...line/c-24/p-459

There's really nothing in there that you can't figure out by just reading the Issue 8 itself. Mostly rearranging and renumbering.

Please be aware the interpretation guidelines are copyright.  Also the auditor is not obliged to audit to the interpretation (as one angrily told me, although she didn't raise the non con either...)

Thank you for your reminder, indeed may involve the issue of copyright, now we do the ninth edition of the BRCGS food, and the ninth edition has been published for many years, the original BRC Issue 8 interpretation guidelines published should not be a problem, and now no one is using the eighth edition; share it with you more is to let the global food safety personnel engaged in knowledge sharing for the global food everyone to make more of their own contribution. The purpose of sharing it with you is to allow people involved in food safety around the world to share their knowledge and make their own contribution to the global food community. Of course, if it involves copyright issues, please ask the moderator to assist in deleting it.

Hey it's not me that owns the copyright   but you're right you were replying to a thread posted in 2019 so perhaps they wanted the interpretation guidelines then which is why they were asking for v8.

GMO is quite right, that is a copyright infringement regardless of it being superseded by issue 9.
