I'm Fahad from Saudi Arabia. I worked in food manufacturing as Packaging section supervisor in meat processing plant. I then worked as nutritionist in a govermental hospital. I currently work for Saudi Food and Drug Authority. In my current carrer I worked in so many fields:
- Microbiologist.
-Microbiology section head at Food Contaminants Monitoring Laboratory.
- Technical Support section head.
- Currently as Food lab Director.
- Certified auditor according to ISO 17025.
- Certified Auditor in HALAL food industry.
- Participated in establishing the quality management system and achieving the accreditation according to ISO 17025.
- Member in the working group of developing the strategic plan for SFDA.
- Executed so many projects at SFDA.
- Established the quality management system according to ISO 9001 for an international company based in Dubai.
- HACCP.
- ISO 22000.
- Trainer.
