i am looking for any online website or software which can calculate the NF based on my product recipe. accepted or authorized by FDA or Local authority. 

preferred free version.

Are you looking for the data for the raw materials, the system to calculate using the data you already have, or both?
The USDA's Food Data Central database is free to access so may be useful: https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/

I've used Nutricalc many years ago which was fine but we were producing EU format packs.  Might be worth checking with them if they do US format.  It's not free but you can get a free trial.

I went through this exercise many years ago.  I don't think there is anything that is free.  The less expensive options were difficult to use and time consuming form my experience.  I ended up purchasing ESHA genesis.  it is not inexpensive, but probably paid for itself many times over in my situation.

I agree ESHA is not cheap upfront but a lot less expensive than paying a 3rd party to do it.  We had to update over 350+ labels to meet the new FDA Nutritional rule that went into effect this year.  3rd party we had used for years was going to charge us north of $250,000 to do it.  We spent less than 10% of that using ESHA.  Had to have some training and there is a yearly license fee but still way better.
