Hello everyone! my name is Adam and I am a QA and Process manager at a medium sized fresh-cut facility in New England. I am PCQI and HAACP trained and have a genuine love for my job and the people whom I work with! Prior to working in the fresh-cut industry I was a restaurant kitchen manager, and went to college where I pursued a dual major in Psychology and Biology. In my spare time I love to hike, read, cook, fish and occasionally dabble in video games when my wife is out of the house. I joined IFSQN to dialogue with like minded people, and to learn from the vast amount of member contributed information and webinars! If you have any questions please feel free to contact me!

Hi Adam! We have hiking, reading, cooking, fishing and video games in common (as well as Food Safety!)

I grew up near a lake in Nebraska where Walleye was the thing to catch (but I usually don't catch much!)

 

I've recently been cooking Mediterranean in the kitchen - short 10 minute meals with Salmon and Veges on the stove top.

 

Video games are a passion of mine and I share them online with friends and strangers! I also enjoy video editing / photog / video when I have time. 

 

On the Food Safety front, I'm passionate about using technology to solve QA and FS problems, and my position in Sales/Marketing for a Food Software company reflects that.
