This is Adrian and I just discovered this awesome community. I'm from Spain, currently working as a Food safety and QA manager in a Gluten free food company.I have a biology degree and Masters in food safety. I have experience in GFSI standards (mainly IFS), gluten free certification programes and private FS standards for international companies. I've been also working in exports to Japan and the US (I'm PCQI working under FSMA requirements to export).
