Hello all,

My name is Gary Herrera and I'm an Operations Manager at Derstine's Inc, I'm fairly new to safety and quality in the Food Industries, but am excited and eager to learn more from all the experienced individuals I've heard occupy this forum. If you have any tips, tricks, or anything you think is a must see please send them my way!
