As request from customer i will orangnize a training class in internal.
The content will focus on ccp point? But i confuse what i need to train for them
Does anyone have document like that or any idea?
In our haccp plan we have two ccp
Ccp1: steaming, core product > 85 tempt
Ccp 2: xray and metal detecting

Generally you'd be expected to train them against your own procedures for monitoring those CCPs. Part of it could be classroom based, but perhaps part would also be useful to conduct in the factory - you are aiming to explain how they are supposed to be doing the monitoring of those controls (and what the action sequence is if the critical limit isn't met), so it's useful to be able to both physically demonstrate this and to be able to observe and verify that each team member knows what they're supposed to do.
