We are using 1000 ppm sodium hypochlorite solution to disinfect common areas for covid 19. Does anyone have an example of GHS compliant secondary label for sodium hypochlorite solution?

I am confused by why you need a secondary label. May give more context.

Your chemicals should come with one on the pail. If not check the MSDS sheets.

Do you mean secondary container labeling?  It is something you can create on your own or have your chemical supplier provide.  Secondary container labeling is the chemical with the concentration.
