Would like to inquire if anyone can provide some guidance/sample documents for FSSC22000:2018 V5 Clause 8.1.
i have queries on:
1) the definition of processes stated in the clause and the way to ensure that these processes are carried out as planned
2) definition of planned changes - e.g. is it changes in processing methods due to changes in customer requirements?
3) definition of unintended changes - e.g. is it natural disasters? (if yes, shouldn't it be covered under crisis management instead)
