This is a quickly changing situation; the groups that have put this together have now launched a total of four versions since the document's launch a few weeks ago. The (crossing fingers) current version is attached for you.
You may want to check for new versions periodically. Different places online to do that depending upon industry associations, etc. This site doesn't require a log in to see updates: https://www.feedingus.org/
I put together a SOP internally, but it specifically states to check current guidance if we have a case occur.

Hi LMM,
Thks for the updated version. I noted one major change is that the 24 hrs in Page 1 of Ist version now becomes (for untested employees) 72 hrs +++ (see Pg 2/7).
Perhaps should add that the details are recommendations from CDC/OSHA. Other Countries may have their own (Regulatory?) requirements.
PS - I noticed none of the links in either document worked directly for me but maybe a browser issue.
PPS - slightly surprised at use of 7 days in above "+++", I thought 14 days was more usual..
P3S - some of the content in Version 4 (2ndApril) differs somewhat to the Food Safety info given by FDA (April 14) and may reflect some changes in attitude, eg regarding masks -
