Hi guys,
Can anyone please provide me a sample of Food Safety Culture Plan and survey questionnaire for the same?
I need to prepare our Plan for the upcoming Audit. I couldn't find any templates or sample plan for this.
Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

There are quite a significant number of threads on the Food Safety Culture requirement on the forum already, assuming you're interested in this for BRC?
