The fast track improvements map was used as, a visual presentation and, was subsequently used as a large sized laminated poster within a facility for visual referencing purposes.
The feedback that I received regarding this visual was very encouraging.
The visual was measured as being motivational due to the large number of employees at the facility who started discussions relating to the visual.
For presentation purposes this map was extremely successful.

I've just finished reading "Kaizen" by Massaki Imai.
Revisiting the Fast track improvements visual, I can see the Kaizen concepts, tools and techniques throughout the Visual.
