Hello everyone, I am extremely new to the food safety world, and SQF and everything else that goes along with it! I have a question about annual refresher trainings. Does anyone have a basic refresher list? I know things like GMP and HACCP and pest control, but my boss has asked me to compile a list of what annual trainings need to be performed for a successful SQF audit, and honestly the manual is as clear as mud to me.
