Hi Just had a remote audit. Anyone been asked for a man hours study for cleaning to cover off section 1.6.5 if so how did you comply? We are a small site and I don’t really have time to do a full T&M study just to work out if our clean site has enough resources to clean it. John

For M&S you would need to do a study. Pain in the neck, yes, but that is a part of this Ethical audit.
