I am an FSSC 22000 accredited facilty. My supplier does not want to give me micro results on the COA for every load.
Is this acceptable? Are the micro results needed for every load recieved.

This is quite a broad question, to which the answer is "maybe, or maybe not"
What is the product? What risk have you determined there to be?
i.e. do you need specific micro parameters to verify some key safety (or quality) parameter(s) for either the raw material and/or for your subsequent processes/products, or is this part of a uniform "all ingredients must have a CofA with micro results" policy?
I've had suppliers refuse because they didn't want the hassle/cost of doing the testing even though it was demonstrably necessary, but equally I've declined to analyse and supply micro results to customers because it was ludicrous for the product in question.

This would completely depend on what the product being supplied is.
The less complex the lower the need, the more the higher the need.
