To get an idea of the Scope of PRPs, I suggest you see this post and its 4-18 Sections based on the iso (food) PRP document iso22002-1

Some of these sections may require multiple PRPs depending on the internal text of iso22002-1.
A variety of sample PRP programs which can be correlated to the above-mentioned 4-18 sections exist on this Forum but unfortunately they tend to be scattered in different locations/threads. afaik, the only "complete" compilation of PRPs/Forms (or their equivalents) on this Forum is in the (paid) iso22000 package designed by expert/member Tony-C and detailed (including 2 freely downloadable extract samples) here -
