What is the meaning off line Ro system means technically

Sounds like an out of service reverse osmosis system; but could be a lot of things! Need more clarity I guess

Not to be curt, but "Off line" means not running. As another said, it could be caused by a lot of different things. I suggest you look at the controls and if there is an HMI, look at the alarms that are shown on the screen. It will point you to the cause / reason if not shut down by an operator, or by the system automatically.
Our RO system will go "Off line" when our water tank fills up and there's no need for RO water.
