But, do we have any ideas about the different Mods?  These individual ones don't cover the whole.  It would be SO much easier getting up to code with the guidance documents.  Still don't see any updates on time frames.

I'm watching a tracegains/sqf webinar.  She stated they're not releasing a guidance to the whole code just the 9 major topics they listed on the website. Not helpful at all when 1 or 2 lines actually meant 2 paragraphs of intent.

This is absolutely NOT helpful.  Guidance is the best way to make sure you did it right.

Is there a reason they changed to doing just major topics rather than a full guidance? I found the full guidance extremely helpful in anticipating what an auditor will ask for. I can see why they streamlined it...but I still don't think it will be as helpful.

Unless, is SQF's audit template changing? Rather than going section by section, will they be auditing to these major topics?

I am speaking of SQF Ed. 9, Not ISO.  The most recent SQF Ed. 9 checklist is on their website.  You do not have to pay for them.  There are also individual guidelines.  I am just missing the complete module guidelines like they have done in years past.  It was very helpful.  My last auditor did our audit using the guideline.

so confusing, we store our ingredients at the third party warehouse and ship our finished products to the same warehouse for storage. they do not have any kind of  certification. Does it mean they must also be GFSI certified?
