Hi, my name is Alvina. I am the Quality Manager (among other roles) for a small business in California that mixes and packages juice drinks as a licensee of various beverage brands. I am only a couple years out of college and am new to the food and beverage industry. Although I am new to the industry, I have taken the necessary HACCP and FSMA courses as well as various GMP and Sanitation training seminars needed for my job role. My goal is to learn all I can and use that knowledge to help build upon my company's current Food Safety and Quality program, especially as it grows as a company. Another goal of mine is to help my company build our own beverage line and build a food safety/quality program for that as well. I look forward to being part of this community and learning all I can from some of the veterans in the food and beverage industry.
