Hi, we are vetting an frozen storage facility and I have some confusion. They are SQF certified in Ohio, with a manufacturing and food storage certificate. Their corporate office is also in Ohio. The address of the facility we are trying to use is in KY. The certificate they provided to me only has the corporate office address on it. While trying to vet them for one of our customers, I was told that the addresses didn't match. I already knew that going in but the the facility's food safety rep assured me that this is how it is done, despite me asking him to please connect the address dots on paper. I have never dealt with a business that has multiple facilities like this, so I am asking here. Is there a certificate for each address? Is there something in SQF audit reports that connects all the locations? How do I provide our customer what they are asking for? Thank you in advance for any help or advice! ~Polly
