Good Day All,

I recently became a new Food Safety Quality manager of a chocolate company. There is so much I have to learn as this is my first time working in a Chocolate factory. I need as much resources as I can get.

It is great to be in this forum. I have gotten great insight just reading the conversations and I hope to learn more.
