Dear Charles C.
Thank you for the answer
In the end, I was right in some degree...
I expected to find something like that in general:
- Manual
- 6 Prerequisites by title (1,2,3... etc)
- 8 Standard Operating Procedures by title (1,2,3... etc)
- 5 job/work instructions by title (1,2,3... etc)
Isn't there any need for something like that in ISO22000:2018?
I worked for ten years in the food industry and we had that stuff in our ISO22000:2005. We also had them in IFS V6 Standard
But I want to start an ISO22000:2018 documentation from scratch, to write down again the Procedures, PRPs etc. Our consultant did that job in the beginning but now I am more aware of things related to food safety and I want to have an archive ready for inplementation. So, if anyone is in the mood to share his/her opinion what a documentation should be comprised of, I would be obliged if he could share it with me. It would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance
