I am looking to automate our internal auditing process. Currently we are using paper forms to document GMP and Glass and Brittle Plastic audits. Does anyone have a recommendation for software or electronic tools used to streamline audit reporting?

On the contrary, you can create worksheets (similar to your current form) and fill it out on a portable device (like Ipad/Tablet) while inspecting them on the production floor. These worksheet files can be auto saved or can be manually uploaded.
