First you need to define what requirements are for the facility and products. For example, will your customers require a third-party certification for GFSI? Will they require a specific type, such as SQF, BRC?
You can go online to SQFI.com website and they have a list of certified consultants who are knowledgeable for SQF systems and they should be able to do what you need.
There's a section on this website for consultants. You can also just type in "food safety consultants" and do a web search. There are a HUGE amount of them out there. They will all ask you what you specifically need and if there is any type of certification required. They will want to know the type of products and the process and the size of the facility.
