I am new to SQF and I am wondering if there is a file/questionnaire to follow in order to do monthly audits?

There is an audit format to use that you can get or purchase from www.sqfi.com  - look for the document section.

Hello, I attached the checklists as I was working on them when I saw your note. What we simply did was split the checklist throughout the year to ensure that these are reviewed prior to the scheduled annual audit due date.

 

These checklists were downloaded straight from the SQFI site.
