If so, that's way too many variables. You might want to be more specific (which program, etc.)

I have the list ready however I was asked to provide record review and I am not sure where and how to document it?

Are you talking about sections 2.5.1 and 2.5.2?

Reviewing of records could be / usually is a form of verification.   On each pertinent record (receiving, cleaning, ccps, etc)  you could add a line for a signature and date of the person reviewing the record.

The document looks impressive but seems oriented to CFIA/FSEP, not SQF ?

Yes, it was originally generated by CFIA for the FSEP program. I have modified the sheet so it works for me (SQF and CFIA, but no longer FSEP)

 

I like the format, it forces you to evaluate everything in the program one policy/procedure at a time with written documentation of what was reassessed and when. There is no grey area this way

Good morning, Do you have example you can provide. I lost points because for my V&V records I did not have what record reviews I did.
