I'm in the process of implementing the new standard and am looking at the E-commerce section 12.5 - Packaging System Performance - testing & validation. Has anyone else implemented this section yet? I'm struggling to understand how I can put this whole section in place.
We send all products on our own temperature controlled vehicles, the majority of products are placed singly onto shelved cages in their existing packaging, just as they were delivered into us. The only thing we are packing is some fruit and veg into crates. Does this apply to all products or just the fruit and veg? Or is it only applicable if we use couriers?
Just wondering if anyone can help please!!
