Hi all, can someone please share examples or templates of food safety objectives and plans to achieve it? Thanks in advance

Hi Jason; Attached is just a list of food safety objectives samples - just to give you an idea. The rest you should do yourself depending on your FSMS, products made, GFSI code you're with, specific items you want to address, etc.

olenaz's  list is good.  

 

 

I would add that you may want to choose objectives of goals that will help improve your program(S).   if you struggle with cleaning, maybe a objective around cleaning completion would be helpful.  alternatively, if you few complaints per year, creating a objective for complaints may not make the most sense.
