We are looking at implementing a Workplace Safety Incentive Program.   We have other bonus programs but we want one that focuses on safety culture, employee engagement, reporting near misses.   some sort of results based bonus program.

 

Does anyone have any program examples like this??

Since you already have something similar, why not just expand it to include workplace safety?

Report a legitimate safety hazard... get a gift card or something.

Active and engaged member of the Workplace Safety Committee? $50 a month stipend.

 

It really comes down to how much you want to spend, and whether or not the money spent improves your insurance rating, thus cost to the business.
