Hello everyone

just wondering how to navigate GMP audit for ongoing works. we have a building with ongoing works. the area where we are located recently got a huge amount of rain which flooded the insides of our warehouse. if i include the findings on water pooling, i know i will get push back. How do I justify including my finding in the audit report when we have works fixing the same issue? thanks in advance

I would document the finding followed by a statement that the site is already aware and the issue is currently being addressed.  Maybe reference the project that is currently happening that is addressing the issue, that way an auditor could trace it back to that project.  I hope this helps and I am understanding your question correctly.

Was there food product in the warehouse that could have gotten contaminated? Or is this a building in progress that you are auditing? If there is product in the warehouse then I would include it in your report and reference the corrective action (assuming you are going to do one for this incident) that includes the preventive action you took towards any products in the warehouse that could have become contaminated due to the rain/pooling of water. Be as detailed as possible so that they can see that you did work towards/completed all of the necessary steps to ensure your product was still safe.

If they are still currently building the warehouse, why audit it if they are not done building?
