olenazh, that is a very detailed and thorough risk assessment.  Great work!

 

Ventura, you can also take a simpler approach.  I rated the risk of my contract service providers based upon their access to the facility.

 

Low Risk - Contractors that do not enter production zones.

Medium - Contractors that may enter a production zone but are always accompanied.

High Risk - Contractors that enter the facility independently on a frequent basis (uniform provider, vending machines, pest contractor, etc.)
