Hello everyone,
I'm Andrew and I am currently working in Spain, managing food safety and quality in the meat sector.
I also worked in the UK for around 15 years. First in research and developement in food preservation technology and then in food safety and quality for a major manufacturer.
I have a particular specialism in thermal preservation (sterilisation, pasteurisation etc.)
I have been observing this network for a number of months and I am now finally getting around to properly registering and I hope to learn and share knowledge through it.
