Hi,

It can be that I am just overseeing something really simple here, but what do they mean by 'access points for raw materials, semi-finished products and open products'??

As in where staff can access to contaminate them or??

Hi AJL,

Access points would be for example where raw materials are received, such as a ‘goods in’ area.

Other access points will also include where packaging gets transferred to the production area etc. and where finished products are transferred out of the production area to storage or dispatch.

Kind regards,

Tony
