When shipping RTE product to Canada, with ingredients that are less than 2%, are they required to be listed?

Tried checking the CFIA site, but it's down.

AFAIK, all ingredients, as well as their sub-ingredients, shall be listed.

AFAIK all ingredients must be listed, exceptions (if there are any) will be found in the 2nd link
