My name is Pam and I am a HACCP Coordinator for a food company that does canning of meat, IQF, and also human grade pet food. I am HACCP Certified, PCQI for animal food, and gone through Better Process Control School. I have been reading through the forums to see if I can get my questions answered by someone that does the same process. I appreciate all of you posting, it is helpful in answering some of the questions that I have. I have been out of food safety for quite a few years, so it is taking me a bit to get caught up with all the regulations, etc. I look forward to utilizing this when issues arise.
